The web site operator is taking data protection very seriously and treats personal data with confidentiallity and according to and in accordance with the legal statutes. Technical Access Data

Based on legitimate interest, the web site operator or the web site provider collect (s. art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f. GDPR) data on access to this website and stores them as “Server-Logfiles” on the server of this website. The following data are being tracked:
The server log files will be kept for a maximum of 7 days before they will be deleted. The storage of data is performed for security resons, for example to investigate cases of abuse. If data need to be kept for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the case is solved.

As non-commercial fan club it is our goal to provide information on music artists and their works to their fans. Because of this we may show record covers or press photos on our website. This happens in cooperation with and under recognition of the record companies.

Disclosure

Face The Music Germany is a non-profit organization. It is run by dedicated fans who devote a large amount of their leisure time to their hobby. All work done for FTM Germany is on a voluntary basis - noboby gets paid for anything. Membership fees are solely to cover the production costs of the magazine.

Face The Music Germany is the only German fan club for the Electric Light Orchestra and its former members officially recognized by record companies.
